Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning web components to fulfill business requirements.
2. Champion development and integration standards, ensuring best practices are followed and deliverables are sustainable.
3. Construct, test, and implement business and technical IT solutions using appropriate software development life cycle methodologies.
4. Engage with clients to understand their business environment and technical needs, ensuring solutions are aligned with their objectives.
5. Validate project scope, plans, and deliverables, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
6. Research and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance our client's technological capabilities.

Qualifications

1. Over 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on integration and best practices.
2. Proficient in building integrations between Salesforce and other platforms using Apex REST APIs or similar ETL tools.
3. Expertise in developing and debugging Lightning Web Components (LWC).
4. Ability to articulate the pros and cons of different methods to achieve solutions.
5. Experience in reviewing and understanding code to identify and resolve issues effectively.
