Position type: Hourly We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to lead diagnostics, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives across our production and facility equipment. CERATIZIT Sacramento LP
- Diagnose complex machine failures and determine root causes
- Research and source appropriate repair parts
- Perform advanced repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Lead and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
- Drive machine and infrastructure improvement projects
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Experience with CMMS systems is a plus
- A stable job in an internationally established company
