Data Entry Clerk

*Position Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated *Data Entry Clerk *to join a fast-paced, high-volume operations team. This role supports the processing of vehicle titles for online auto sales, managing a large daily volume with accuracy and efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Process approximately 4,000 vehicle titles daily
* Match titles with corresponding bills of sale
* Sort and organize documents alphabetically by dealer name
* Receive and input title information into internal systems
* Stamp, assign, and prepare titles for shipment
* Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment
*Qualifications*
* Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Comfortable with alphabetizing and document handling
* Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Strong typing skills
* Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback
* Team-oriented while also capable of working independently
*Preferred (Not Required):*

* Prior auto title or automotive industry experience
