Introduction Our client is a hospital that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join its established veterinary team. With deep community roots, the practice has built a strong reputation for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse small-animal caseload consisting primarily of dogs and cats, while also caring for exotics and pocket pets. Role Description and Responsibilities As an Associate Veterinarian, you will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities, providing preventative care, diagnostics, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management across a wide variety of species. The role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload while building long-term relationships with clients and their pets. This position is best suited to an experienced veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine within a collaborative environment and is looking to contribute to a well-established practice with a strong presence in the local community. Practice Details The hospital operates seven days a week, with hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Monday and Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday. As an AAHA-accredited practice, the hospital is committed to maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence. The practice provides the full scope of general practice services alongside urgent care, laser therapy, advanced soft tissue surgery, and orthopedic services, creating a diverse and engaging caseload. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and a Tonopen, allowing veterinarians to confidently diagnose and manage a broad range of medical and surgical cases. The hospital operates within a modern, newly renovated environment designed to support efficient workflows and exceptional patient care. Team The hospital is home to a team of three DVMs supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Together, the team works cohesively to provide the highest level of client and patient care.
