What You’ll Do
Patient Care Coordinators are at the center of the patient experience, shaping patient satisfaction, retention, and how smoothly every clinic day runs.

• Deliver a great patient experience: Greet every patient with professionalism and care.
• Own the schedule: Fill therapist schedules and keep every patient on their plan of care.
• Handle insurance: Verify benefits and submit authorizations accurately.
• Support billing: Collect copays and help keep claims clean.
• Communicate and solve problems: Be the link between patients, therapists, and operations.
• Take ownership: See your daily responsibilities through from start to finish.

PCCs can grow into Authorizations & Insurance, Billing & Revenue Cycle, Clinic Operations & Leadership, or Marketing & Business Development, with hands-on training and mentorship along the way.

What We’re Looking For

• Healthcare experience preferred (front desk, medical office, or healthcare admin)
• Knowledge of insurance, authorizations, and medical terminology; HIPAA awareness
• Professional, clear communicator and a strong problem-solver
• Reliable, adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Coachable, willing to learn, and genuinely interested in a long-term healthcare career

Experience is preferred, but attitude, accountability, and coachability matter just as much.

Schedule & Locations

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Shifts: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• All team members work at both our Glendale and Briarwood locations, based on clinic needs
