About the Role

The Director of Community Relations leads the marketing and outreach efforts to promote the community, build relationships, and achieve occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.

• Conduct tours and presentations for families and referral sources.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate community events and outreach initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Experience in senior living sales or healthcare marketing.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in CRM and lead tracking systems.

Physical Requirements

Ability to travel locally and attend events as required.
