Band Saw Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )
- Operate horizontal and vertical band saws to cut steel, pipe, tubing, and structural materials to customer specifications
- Read and interpreted work orders, measuring tapes, and cut lists to ensure accurate dimensions
- Measure, mark, and verify material before and after cutting for quality and precision
- Load, unload, and move steel materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
- Perform routine machine setup, blade changes, and basic preventative maintenance
- Inspect finished materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Other duties as assigned
Band Saw Operator Qualifications:
- Previous Band Saw experience required
- Steel toes are required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
