Chicago Center for Evidence-Based Treatment Telehealth & In-Person Sessions in our Northbrook Location Full-time or Part-time position (Full-time employee eligible for benefits) North Shore Suite 213 Northbrook, IL 60062 At the Chicago Center for Evidence Based Treatment, our focus is on delivering evidence-based treatments to adolescents and adults. Our team includes experts in the field of eating disorders, anxiety and related disorders. We utilize a multi-disciplinary approach that supports our patient’s physical and psychological well-being. We are passionate about providing treatments that are supported by research, focused and effective. Therapist Job Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat eating disorders across the lifespan with a particular focus on school age children with ARFID. Must be interested in working with children in an interactive (play based)intervention for ARFID. Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances. Conduct therapy sessions and ongoing assessments of patient progress. Refer to and collaborate with outside specialists or agencies when necessary. Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress. Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality. Contribute to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Attends weekly team meetings and training workshops. This role may require access to information considered sensitive to CCEBT, its patients, affiliates, and partners, including but not limited to HIPAA Protected Health Information and other information regulated by Federal and Illinois State statutes.
