The candidate will perform a variety of clerical duties necessary to assure the effective and timely distribution of licensing materials for approximately 190,000 trucks and trailers. This person will be instrumental in keeping the accuracy of the online system and in maintaining inventory records.

Responsibilities:

• Taking orders from field personnel, pull and mail license credentials as well as stock and assemble licensing materials.

• Assist the Lead in the department as required by the Lead, Supervisor and Manager. System experience helpful.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in a computerized environment and be proficient in Excel and Word.

• Excellent communication skills required.

• Must have good telephone skills and accurate keying ability.

• Must have good organization skills and be able to adapt and learn as you go.

• Must have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

• Experience with processing vehicle related paperwork a plus.
