Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems; experience with Empower (AI transcription + dictation) is preferred.
• New graduates are acceptable for the Physical Therapist role.
• Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus available; relocation details are negotiable.

Role Overview:

• Positions: Physical Therapist (PT) and Clinic Director.
• Location: New outpatient clinic opening this year on the other side of Roseville, CA.
• Reason for opening: Growth and expansion. Strong patient demand is already established.
• Patient population: Ages 5+ through 90+. Mix of orthopedic conditions including hip, back, neck, shoulder, knee, and foot issues.
• Visit structure: 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. 1:1 patient care model.

Technology:

• EMR System: Empower with AI transcription and dictation.
