How you’ll make an impact in this role Prepare the surgical suite by organizing both sterile and non-sterile instruments and supplies to facilitate the safe and efficient performance of every procedure. Support the surgical team by providing required instruments and supplies to the surgeon and assisting with hemostasis to ensure the procedure progresses smoothly. Care for the patient throughout the operative journey by assisting with preparation, transport, positioning, and draping to maintain safety and dignity. Guarantee procedural accuracy by keeping instruments organized and conducting rigorous counts of all supplies and tools to monitor the field at all times. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking Experienced Surgical Technologist with previous CVOR experience.
