This position involves assessing patient care needs, collaboratively developing tailored care plans and goals with patients, and implementing a diverse range of treatment techniques within the scope of practice. You will provide education and support to patients and their families while facilitating ongoing care planning. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient care needs. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and families on treatment processes and self‑care strategies. Participate in staff management and cost management initiatives. Contribute to professional practice activities and enhance departmental effectiveness. Uphold high standards of customer service. Education Requirements Minimum Required: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure / Certification / Registration Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Ohio. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Experience Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job‑related experience necessary. Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of relevant job experience.
