Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to a caseload of clients by conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and suited to individual needs.

• Engage with clients both individually and in group settings, providing support for issues related to major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Participate in collaborative team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and improve client outcomes, thereby promoting a unified approach to mental health therapy.

• Create integrated care plans incorporating holistic treatment strategies by coordinating with family members and service providers to ensure comprehensive support.

• Monitor and document client progress diligently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines as set forth by Grow Therapy Center.

• Assist with crisis interventions as required, ensuring client safety and well-being in times of need.
\n
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and performance standards.

• Provide on-call coverage and support as needed, showing commitment and responsiveness to client needs outside standard hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
