Certified ski or snowboard instructors will deliver quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full and part‑time positions available. Job Specifications Starting wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr (minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with incentives) Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/2027. Shift type: Full time and part time hours available. For full‑time instructors a 40‑hour workweek is not guaranteed; scheduled hours will vary. Minimum age: 16 years. Housing: None. Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons. Work with guests of all ages and abilities. Deliver world‑class guest service to all guests. Create a safe and fun learning environment. Support all ski school needs inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment. Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above. Fluent English communication. Comfort working with children aged3 and older. Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements. Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting skill, guest service, and safety standards. Expected pay range: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr, within which individual compensation is decided. We follow all federal, state, and local laws including restrictions on child/minor labor.
