Project Director - Water

Reference: BBBH117330_1789027908CSG Talent is partnering with a leading global engineering consultancy that is continuing to expand its municipal Water business across Northern California.As part of this growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Director to take a senior role across client development, project delivery and business growth throughout the Bay Area.This opportunity would suit an established municipal water professional who has strong relationships across the Northern California market and enjoys combining technical and project leadership with client engagement and business development.The RoleYou will work closely with regional and national Water leadership to strengthen key client relationships, lead major projects and identify opportunities for continued growth.Key responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting major municipal water and wastewater projectsDeveloping long-term relationships with public-sector and utility clientsIdentifying and converting new project opportunitiesLeading pursuits, proposals and client interviewsSupporting contract negotiations and commercial strategyMaintaining accountability for project scope, schedule, budget and client satisfactionGrowing existing accounts through strong project deliveryWorking collaboratively with technical, project and market leadership teamsSupporting broader growth of the municipal Water practice across Northern CaliforniaWhat We Are Looking For10+ years of experience within municipal water, wastewater or related infrastructureStrong knowledge of the Bay Area / Northern California water marketEstablished relationships with municipal utilities and public-sector clientsProven seller-doer experienceStrong project delivery and client management credentialsExperience leading proposals, pursuits and business development activityBachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or a related disciplineProfessional Engineer licence preferredStrong commercial, communication and leadership skillsThe OpportunityThis is a senior, client-facing position with the opportunity to play a significant role in the continued expansion of an established Water business.You will have access to a broad technical platform, significant regional and national resources and the ability to influence both client strategy and future growth.For more information or a confidential discussion, please apply.
