Director, Global Security - REMOTE USA

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Security to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead a comprehensive global security program with a strong focus on enterprise risk, threat management, and executive protection across a multinational environment. The director will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen facility protection, crisis readiness, and travel security. The position requires a strategic leader who can standardize security practices while supporting business continuity and operational resilience. Location: Raleigh, NC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $215,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the formulation and execution of the global security strategy Assess and prioritize security risks as part of enterprise risk and threat management Standardize risk assessments and ensure effective facility and asset protection Support crisis management and business continuity efforts Define and implement executive protection and travel security strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or a related field 20+ years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs Previous experience in multinational corporate environments is a plus Master's degree or advanced professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or PCI are beneficial Benefits Comprehensive health care programs Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Flexible remote working arrangements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
