Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Neuro ICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary The healthcare provider is seeking an experienced ICU Neuro (Intensive Care Unit Neurological) nurse in an acute care setting. This role involves providing specialized neurological patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment, with a focus on neurocritical interventions and patient management. Job Details Required Qualifications: CA RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications; minimum of 2 years of ICU Neuro experience; current California licensure and certifications in hand; experience with Epic Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring and neuro-specific procedures. Schedule: Day shifts, 12-hour hours, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: May float to Emergency Department, Step Down Unit, or Central Monitoring Department. Must have neuro ICU experience. Ability to work in a high-acuity environment with 18 to 22 daily patient census. Prior experience with neuro patient management, including ICP and EVD monitoring, is preferred.
