The role involves implementing business requirements, supporting integrations, and delivering high-quality Guidewire solutions. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, and Product Model. Develop policy lifecycle functions including submissions, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements. Configure coverages, conditions, exclusions, and business rules. Develop UI screens, validations, workflows, and underwriting rules. Support integrations via SOAP/REST services, messaging, and plugins. Perform unit testing, defect resolution, code reviews, and production support. Collaborate with business, QA, and architecture teams. Required Skills Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration (Cloud experience preferred) Gosu Programming PCF and Product Model Configuration Business Rules, Validation Rules, Workflows SOAP/REST Web Services, XML Guidewire Studio, Eclipse SQL Basics Preferred Skills Guidewire Integration Framework ClaimCenter or BillingCenter exposure Guidewire Cloud (GWCP) and Upgrade experience CI/CD and DevOps knowledge Performance tuning and batch configuration Domain Knowledge Property & Casualty Insurance Personal Lines Business Policy Administration Processes Preferred Certifications Guidewire Certified PolicyCenter Configuration Specialist Guidewire ACE Certification The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$140,000 - $160,000/Annum Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
