ClearDesk places remote team members from the Philippines with US small and mid-sized businesses on a flat monthly fee. We have about placed 2000+ team members, with a US leadership team and Philippines-based operations managers behind them.

Our clients are home care agencies, real estate teams, bookkeeping firms, and home services companies that need reliable people without the overhead of local hiring. We are profitable, founder-led, and growing. The next stage needs a growth leader who can turn a working engine into a predictable one.

The role

The Head of Growth owns the full top of funnel: demand generation, paid and organic acquisition, the SDR team, and the handoff to sales. You report directly to the CEO and sit on the leadership team.

This is a builder role, not a strategist role. You will run the numbers yourself, write the first version of the campaign, sit in on SDR calls, and fix what is broken before you hire someone to own it. You will have a budget, a small team, and a lot of room.

We are an AI-forward company. We expect you to use AI tools daily to research, build, test, and scale faster than a traditional marketing team could, and to bring that habit to the people you lead.

What you'll do

• Own the pipeline number: build and run the plan that delivers qualified appointments to the sales team every month
• Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, from creative and landing pages through CAPI, attribution, and budget allocation
• Lead the SDR team: hiring, scripts, cadences, and the daily management that turns leads into booked and kept appointments
• Fix show rates and no-show recovery, so booked appointments turn into held conversations
• Build the outbound and email engine: list building, sequencing, deliverability, and testing
• Grow our presence in home care through associations, podcasts, partner platforms, and conferences
• Own content and the CEO's LinkedIn as a demand channel, working with a small creative team
• Report weekly on CAC, pipeline by channel, and conversion at each stage, and change the plan when the data says to
• Hire and develop a lean growth team of specialists and contractors as the channels prove out

What we're looking for

Must-haves

• 7+ years in B2B growth or demand generation, with at least 3 years leading a team and owning a pipeline number
• A track record of taking a company from founder-led or scrappy marketing to a repeatable, measurable engine
• Hands-on with paid media: you have personally run Meta and Google accounts at meaningful spend and can read the numbers without a report
• Experience managing SDRs or an appointment-setting motion, and strong opinions on what makes one work
• Fluent with a modern stack: HubSpot or a comparable CRM, ad platforms, attribution, email and sequencing tools
• Daily, serious use of AI tools in your own work, and a point of view on how a growth team should use them
• Comfortable selling to small-business owners: plain language, fast cycles, and a service that lives or dies on trust

Nice-to-haves

• Sold into home care, home services, real estate, or professional services
• Experience with a staffing, outsourcing, or managed-services business model
• Experience managing a distributed team across US and Philippines time zones
• Built a founder or executive personal brand on LinkedIn as a demand channel

Compensation, location, and how to apply

Compensation. Base salary plus a quarterly bonus tied to pipeline targets.
