This role requires operating high reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Operate forklifts (stand-up and high reach) to transport materials within the warehouse.Load and unload products at storage areas, machines, and loading docks.Inspect forklifts and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.Track inventory and complete documentation using handheld scanners.Assist with picking, packing, and organizing materials.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Valid forklift certification with experience operating high reach forklifts.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and 60 lbs occasionally.Ability to stand and walk for most of the day.Strong math and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Team-oriented with strong communication skills.Benefits / Selling Points:Opportunities for growth and advancement.Work/life balance in a supportive, team-focused environment.Safe working environment with structured orientation.Additional Information:Dress Code: Long pants, shirt, hair tied back.Breaks: 30-minute lunch + 10-minute break.Background check required.PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
