Senior Applied AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build agentic applications that automate the resolution of user inquiries.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and solve user needs with generative AI.
• Explore and implement state-of-the-art generative AI techniques.
• Inform AI model training and deployment infrastructure for scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze real-world data to support high-quality model training and iteration.
• Monitor and evaluate AI application performance and make improvements.
• Stay current with machine learning and AI developments and advocate for best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on AI and machine learning projects.
• Demonstrated expertise developing production applications using LLMs and generative AI models.
• Strong experience with agentic methodologies, prompting techniques, RAG pipelines, evaluation mechanisms, and LLM fine-tuning is preferred.
• Proficiency building production-grade web applications using relevant languages and concepts, including Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, learning agility, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of deep learning and reinforcement learning is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS or multiplayer application machine learning implementations is a plus.
