Payroll and Benefits Specialist

Key responsibilities Own payroll processing for US employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations Administer the company's equity program and maintain audit-ready equity records Manage all leave programs, providing guidance to employees on eligibility and processes Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in payroll, benefits, or HR operations with exposure to multiple functional areas Hands-on experience with payroll software and knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax laws Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis Experience administering benefits programs, including open enrollment coordination Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism
