Truck and Trailers in Logan, Utah is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Truck and Van Upfit Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for installing, modifying, and customizing commercial trucks and vans to meet customer specifications. • Install aftermarket equipment such as ladder racks, shelving, toolboxes, lighting, hitches, and liftgates
• Perform electrical wiring for accessories and auxiliary systems
• Modify vehicle interiors and exteriors based on upfit specifications
• Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and installation instructions
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines

• Proven experience in hydraulic systems, welding, and metal fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
• Previous experience in automotive, mechanical, or upfitting work preferred
• Basic electrical knowledge and wiring experience is a plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• CDL or ability to obtain is a plus (not required)
