SAP S/4HANA Commercial Billing Lead Consultant – SD/O2CCornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Commercial Billing Lead Consultant to support a major enterprise transformation and international rollout focused on Mexico and Latin America. This is a senior functional leadership role for an SAP professional with deep expertise across SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, commercial billing, electronic invoicing, and LATAM localization.The ideal consultant has led complex global-template deployments and understands how to balance enterprise standards with country-specific fiscal, tax, statutory, and electronic-invoicing requirements. This is not a general SAP SD position. We are specifically seeking candidates who have personally supported Mexico and LATAM S/4HANA rollouts, including hands-on exposure to CFDI, SAP DRC/eDocument, digital compliance, localization testing, and regulatory billing processes.Work Environment: Long-term consulting engagement Hybrid work model Candidates should be able to work from an accessible U.S. office location as required Work primarily aligned with Central and Eastern U.S. business hours Travel is required based on project and rollout needs Enterprise-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation environmentWhat You'll LeadYou will serve as a senior functional lead for the Commercial Billing and Order-to-Cash workstream, helping define, govern, test, deploy, and stabilize SAP solutions supporting Mexico and broader LATAM operations.Responsibilities include:Lead SAP SD/O2C and Commercial Billing solution design for Mexico and LATAM deployments.Translate local fiscal, tax, invoicing, and statutory requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.Maintain alignment between country-specific requirements and the organization's global SAP template.Lead design decisions across pricing, billing, invoice processing, returns, credit/debit memos, intercompany billing, and customer/business-partner processes.Own functional design for electronic invoicing and digital compliance requirements.Support Mexico CFDI processes including invoice creation, fiscal validation, cancellation, credit/debit notes, rejection handling, and reconciliation.Assess localization gaps and determine whether requirements can be met through standard SAP functionality, configuration, SAP localization content, extensions, or external integrations.Review relevant SAP Notes / OSS Notes associated with localization, regulatory changes, billing, and electronic invoicing.Partner closely with Tax, Finance, Compliance, Sales, Supply Chain, and regional business teams.Lead functional integration across SAP and external platforms.Develop functional specifications, solution designs, test scenarios, process documentation, and deployment requirements.Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities for billing and localization scenarios.Troubleshoot production and deployment issues involving invoice generation, XML output, validations, cancellations, rejections, interfaces, and reconciliation.Provide functional leadership, governance, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and regional stakeholders.Required SAP ExpertiseCandidates should bring approximately 15+ years of SAP consulting experience, including significant senior-level experience with SAP SD and Order-to-Cash.
