D&B Fabrication Plus, Inc. – Riverside

D&B Fabrication Plus is seeking an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in CNC machining, production planning, fixture design, and shop-floor operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on individual who understands both machining and fabrication processes and can support production from quoting and planning through setup and manufacturing.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing and machining experience
Strong understanding of production planning and workflow management
Ability to write and edit G-Code
Experience with:
SolidWorks
CamWorks
Microsoft Excel

Extensive knowledge of machining and fabrication processes
Experience operating and setting up:
Haas CNC mills and lathes
Milltronics CNC mills and lathes
Manual mills and lathes

Strong ability to read and interpret:
CNC machining drawings
Fabrication drawings
Assembly drawings

Ability to design, build, and optimize CNC fixtures and workholding
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
Assist with production planning and scheduling
Create CNC programs and optimize machining processes
Setup and operate CNC equipment
Design and fabricate fixtures and tooling
Support manufacturing process improvements
Review drawings and determine machining methods
Work closely with management and shop personnel to maintain production flow and quality standards
Preferred Skills
Experience in prototype and production manufacturing environments
Understanding of tolerancing and inspection methods
Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
