Caregiver for Seniors

Caregiver position available in Midland, TX. We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to our clients. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules based on client needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and providing safe and supportive care to clients in their homes. Candidates must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to providing compassionate care. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years of caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctial, and professional
• Compassionate and patient when working with seniors and individuals needing assistance
• Ability to assist with activies of daily living (ADLs)
• Must be able to follow care plans and document services provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible ability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Pass a background check
