Position: Bilingual Front Desk Administrator Location: Bethesda, MD Pay: $24 to $25/hour Experience 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Administrator, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment. Experience in office supply management, event coordination, or executive support is a plus. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. College coursework in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with office technology and vendor coordination. Meticulous attention to detail in managing administrative tasks, mail tracking, and event coordination. Position Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness.
