Role Description The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position located in Cleveland, OH. Daily tasks include presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to clearly explain product details and actively listen to customer needs.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide attentive support and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Candidates should possess Customer Experience skills to create a welcoming, professional environment that reflects a luxury brand.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills to meet sales goals, handle transactions, and manage add-on and repeat sales.
- Attention to detail and integrity in handling valuable merchandise and payment information.
- Comfort working in a luxury retail setting;
prior jewelry or high-end retail experience is preferred but not required. - Ability to stand for extended periods, work weekends or holidays as needed, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
additional training in sales, merchandising, or gemology is a plus.
