Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Student Services Specialist for a contract/temporary opportunity in Greeley, CO. This role supports a student-focused testing environment through administrative coordination, test administration, student communication, records management, and technology support.

The Student Services Specialist is ideal for someone who enjoys helping students, maintaining organized processes, and working in a collaborative education setting. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive academic environment with positive teamwork, structured procedures, and meaningful daily interaction with students, faculty, staff, and testing partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain current email and telephone correspondence, schedule appointments, update files, process work orders, order supplies, and support daily Testing Center operations.
- Administer pre-test, test day, and post-test procedures while maintaining confidentiality, security, and integrity of exams and student records.
- Verify student identification, guide candidates through check-in and check-out processes, provide approved testing accommodations, and monitor testing areas for compliance.
- Create and maintain data-driven reports, update web pages, prepare presentations on testing protocols, and support special projects.
- Use systems such as vendor databases, WorkDay, Excel, and related tools to enter, retrieve, analyze, and report information.
- Collaborate with IT staff to improve technology use, support automation of manual processes, and assist with software installation, configuration, and updates as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $40,060 per year ($19.26 an hour)
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary (3 month contract - 12/18/2026 ending date)
- Location: Greeley, CO.
