Clinic ManagerThe Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned clinic to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a safe healthcare environment. This role involves personnel management, administrative support for medical staff, financial oversight, and strategic planning to enhance clinic performance. The Clinic Manager will ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and HRSA requirements, while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Essential responsibilities include overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local law, maintaining compliance with all funding source requirements, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure staff compliance with regulatory standards, serving as the primary point of contact for facility management, conducting internal audits, directly supervising clinical and administrative staff, assisting in the hiring, onboarding, training, evaluation, and professional development of clinic employees, ensuring completion of mandatory employee training programs, monitoring staffing levels, conducting daily huddles and monthly staff meetings, overseeing billing processes, patient financial transactions, and sliding fee scale assessments, assisting in budget development, expense monitoring, and financial forecasting, collaborating with leadership to optimize clinic efficiency, ensuring patient-centered care, developing and maintaining community partnerships and referral networks, acting as a liaison between clinic staff and external stakeholders, monitoring patient feedback, leading performance improvement projects, serving on the Clinical Quality Improvement and Risk Management Committees, ensuring effective communication with the Director of Operations and executive leadership, and preparing comprehensive reports for funding agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.The above information is intended to describe the most important aspects of the job.
