LPN NURSES NEEDED – DAY & OVERNIGHT SHIFTS
???? Location: Zephyrhills, FL 33542
Best Home Health Care LLC is looking for dependable, compassionate, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for one of our clients in Zephyrhills, Florida .Pay rate is negotiable.
Available 12-Hour Shifts
☀️ Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
???? Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Both day and overnight positions are available.
Primary Responsibilities
The client's main nursing need is G-Tube management and care . In addition, the LPN will perform normal routine nursing duties, including:
G-Tube management and monitoring
Medication administration as ordered
Monitoring the client's condition and safety
Basic LPN nursing care
Following the client's Plan of Care
Completing required nursing documentation
Communicating any changes or concerns to the family and nursing supervisor
Requirements
Valid Florida LPN license

G-Tube experience preferred
Dependable and punctual
Compassionate and professional
Comfortable providing one-on-one care in the client's home
Able to work a 12-hour day or overnight shift
