The Internship This is an eight-week summer internship designed to give you a real look at consulting — not from the sidelines, but by getting close to the work. You’lljoin our Organization, Performance & Change practice(OPC). We help clients answer questions like: How should teams be organized?How can I create lasting value in my organization?What needs to change for a strategy to work in real life? How do leaders bring people along? How can organizations build the culture,capabilitiesand ways of working they need for the future? These questions havevarious answers and approaches,and eachproject is builtwith our client and their needs in mind.In practice, that means your work could look different from week to week. You might… break down a complicated business problem and turn it into a clear story that helps a client decide where to invest for the future. help organizations navigate big changes — launching a new strategy, shifting how teams work or improving the employee experience. look at how companies are organized, how decisions get made, and how people work together across teams. map a “day in the life” for employees, identifying the moments that matter most. help find better, simpler ways for work to get done — from improving processes to making teams more effective. analyse complex datasets to generate insights that inform decisions made by both Baringa and our clients. help a client to optimize their cost base to deliver long‑term savings. think about the people side of business, including leadership, culture, learning, talent and what helps people perform at their best. join complex team discussions where priorities shift, ideas evolve and collaboration matters.
