As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Inventory Specialist to support our expanding operations and help ensure inventory accuracy across the business. Why This Role Matters As an Inventory Specialist at United Bags, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, organization, and integrity of inventory records that keep our operations running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working collaboratively across departments in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and systems Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances Assist with inventory adjustments and ensure proper documentation is maintained Partner with purchasing, operations, logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to support inventory accuracy and product availability Track incoming and outgoing inventory transactions to ensure timely and accurate system updates Help maintain organized, audit‑ready inventory records and reports Support month‑end and year‑end inventory reporting and reconciliation processes Identify opportunities to improve inventory control procedures and strengthen internal processes Assist with ERP or inventory management system updates, data entry, and reporting What You Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience in inventory control, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field will be considered 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and work well across departments A team‑first attitude and commitment to continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments Familiarity with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and inventory control best practices Experience analyzing inventory discrepancies and supporting process improvements Knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms Why You’ll Love Working at United Bags You are not just joining a company - you are joining a legacy.
