Trillium Drivers is now seeking a NON-CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate!

This is a hands-on position combining local NON-CDL driving and warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, making local deliveries, operating warehouse equipment, and handling materials throughout the day.

Job Duties:

• Make local deliveries to customer locations using company vehicles
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Receive and inspect incoming materials
• Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations
• Pull, assemble, and package customer orders for delivery
• Prepare orders for shipment and stock transfers
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Assist with inventory and general warehouse organization
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company and OSHA safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional warehouse and delivery duties as assigned

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a position with variety — getting out on the road for local deliveries while also staying active in the warehouse. Pay rate is $20/hour.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Previous NON-CDL delivery and/or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Basic computer, reading, and math skills
• Ability to safely lift 25–50 lbs., including overhead
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
