Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,063–$2,202 per week Guaranteed hours: none Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 days (rotating start times) Start date: 06/08/2026 Setting: Short‑term acute care hospital OR Responsibilities Serve as the circulating nurse in the OR, supporting procedures across Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Trauma with emphasis on patient safety and sterile technique Anticipate instrument and equipment needs; manage instrument counts with the surgical team Assist anesthesia with patient positioning, monitoring support, and intraoperative needs Maintain clear communication among surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff; document intraoperative events Handle specimens, labeling, and transport as required; participate in intraoperative safety checks such as timeouts and counts Requirements Active California RN license 1+ year OR Circulator experience with Orthopedic, Neuro, and Trauma cases ACLS and BLS required; PALS preferred CNOR preferred Ability to work 5x8 shifts with rotating start times; on‑call at least one night per assignment Graduation from an approved RN program Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support Fast credentialing Housing assistance available Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
