Clinical Research Coordinator I, Family and Community Medicine (Full Time)

Clinical Research Coordinator I, Family and Community Medicine This position participates in the design, development, execution, and initial interpretation of clinical trials and related service projects. It prepares, coordinates, and maintains all regulatory documentation, including IRB submissions, approvals of new or revised protocols, safety reports, and progress reports. The individual collaborates on data management design and maintenance, assists in data analysis, and provides team coordination, communication, training, and quality control. They develop standard operating procedures, compliance forms, and tracking documents. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities Recruit, screen and enroll agencies and participants who meet project criteria. Collect basic information through surveys and contacts. Maintain telephone, video conference, and in-person contact. Notify project director and supervisor of participant status. Assist in the development, coordination, and deployment of project protocols with agencies and participants. Perform trainings and consultations with agencies and participants according to project protocols. Collect participant data, enter and analyze data, and compile reports, adhering to project protocols. Keep appropriate logs, track participants, and prepare project materials. Prepare documentation, reports, graphs, and other materials. Coordinate and manage project communications and meetings with outside entities. Coordinate, facilitate, and manage project agendas, communications and meetings with project personnel. Submit project protocols and amendments, consent forms, and recruiting materials to the University of Arizona Institutional Review Board and department for approval with oversight from supervisor. Coordinate and maintain all regulatory reviews with project funders, stakeholders and the University of Arizona. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral health (psychology, social work, behavioral sciences, etc.) or public health. One year of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications Broad knowledge of tobacco control issues, especially those related to underserved populations. Broad knowledge of or previous work experience in community behavioral health systems; some familiarity with data management and basic statistical analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr Phase2 Technology
