Responsibilities Manage the daily operation of GCPI Develop project plans and operations guidance Assist with executive scheduling Track center activities and outputs Develop and monitor contracts and revenue generating agreements Prepare expense reports Develop internal and external communications materials Update the website Liaise with university departments Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least two years of operations, communications, and/or finance experience Strong writing and communication skills Experience with digital media and graphic design (InDesign and Illustrator preferred) Attention to detail and accuracy Self-driven work ethic & initiative Collaboration skills Flexibility & enthusiasm for learning Working knowledge of Workday and Georgetown Management System (GMS) Knowledge of poverty and inequality issues Hard Skills Project Planning Contract Development Expense Reporting Graphic Design Digital Media Soft Skills Attention to Detail Self-Driven Work Ethic Flexibility Enthusiasm for Learning Collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
