Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in our food company. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-focused, and able to lead a team while maintaining high standards for food safety, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations. Manage inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, lot tracking, and product rotation. Ensure food safety, sanitation, temperature control, and quality standards are followed. Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse employees. Monitor orders and shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and logistics teams. Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, receiving, and food-safety records. Ensure proper and safe use of warehouse equipment. Identify and resolve inventory, shipping, and operational issues. Qualifications Previous warehouse or supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry. Organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures. Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
