August 3 start date. APHON is required. Pending state license accepted if we have an ETA from licensing of when it will post. Shift: 3x12s nights. Years of experience required: 2. First-timer travelers accepted: Yes. Weekend required: 4-weekend shifts per 4-week period. Weekends for dayshift are Saturday and Sunday and for nights are Friday and Saturday. National certs required: APHON, BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA). Is on-call required? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Floating req to sister facilities: No. Open to accommodating block schedule? Locals accepted: No. RTO restrictions: 6 days RTO max. Guaranteed hours: Hours are guaranteed after the call off policy has been met. Special requirements: CA RN license, 2 years of pediatric hematology oncology experience with central line management experience, APHON, BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), will accept first-time traveler with strong experience, EPIC experience highly preferredwill consider a candidate without EPIC experience if they have a very strong inpatient Hem/Onc background. BMT experience preferred, if traveler has it please note on profile. Unit summary: Hematology inpatient 38 beds. BMT/blood cell transplantation/neuroblastoma/anemia/leukemia/lymphoma/solid tumor/hemophilia/ITP/sickle cell anemia/other hemoglobinopathies. IV therapy/sedation procedures/post ops/central lines/Hickman's/porta caths/blood products/chemotherapeutic agents.
