Kitchen Team Member Role The Kitchen Team member role is an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced food service environment. Team members learn a variety of roles in the kitchen, including 9 different positions, and can pick up knowledge about food safety and quality standards. We promote leaders from within and offer opportunities for cross‑training on inventory and prep. Kitchen Member Responsibilities Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently Maintain and stock kitchen stations Keep the kitchen clean and orderly Stay updated on new products Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code Qualifications and Requirements Loves serving and helping others Strong interpersonal skills Detail‑oriented Able to multi‑task Works well independently and in a team environment Willing and able to work a flexible schedule Ability to lift and carry 5‑50 lbs on a regular basis Ability to stand for long periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr
