Job Summary

New Patterns ABA - MA, a leading provider of compassionate and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Lawrence, MA. As a Behavior Technician at New Patterns ABA - MA, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to discover each individual's potential. Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities to develop and implement individualized behavior plans designed to increase language, social, and adaptive skills

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, and provide feedback to clients, families, and supervisors

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs

• Provide behavioral support and training to clients, families, and caregivers to help them generalize skills to real-life situations

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided

• Participate in staff training and development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., Special Education, Psychology) preferred

• 0+ years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community locations
