Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Health and Wellness Director located in Crystal Lake, IL. The Health and Wellness Director will oversee day-to-day health and wellness operations, ensuring the well-being of residents. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing healthcare services, training staff, administering medication, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves developing health and wellness programs and providing home care support to residents.
