Benefits That Work for You Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision PTO + Paid Holidays, 401(k) with Company Match Employee Discounts on Parts & Services Referral Bonuses for Qualified Candidates Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high‑quality service Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement Pay by Experience Level Level A: 7–10+ years of experience — Up to $45 an hour Level B: 2–7 years of experience — Up to $32 an hour Level C (Tire Tech): 6 months–2 years of experience — Up to $27 an hour Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds Work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs Have the dexterity to use hand tools efficiently Walk/stand for the majority of the workday Drive manual transmission vehicles Maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment Navegate a computer efficiently Application Process : Please do not contact store locations directly for hiring updates or inquiries.
