You'll have the chance to support around 35 students, each receiving focused weekly OT sessions, across multiple elementary sites. Your expertise will help further students' development and empower their educational journey.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly desired
• Familiarity with IEPs and documentation processes
• Strong collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, parents, and special education teams
• Comfortable working across multiple elementary school locations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver weekly OT services (approximately 18 direct service hours) to a dedicated caseload of elementary-age students
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain clear documentation of progress, session notes, and updates in accordance with school requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and parents to advocate for student needs
• Manage your schedule to balance direct treatment, planning, meetings, and documentation time
