• Server/Bartender *

The Bartender Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while preparing and serving beverages and food items. This role requires an enthusiastic individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere, engage with customers, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas. *Typical Duties and Responsibilities*

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet and engage customers, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Ensure the bar and dining area are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Check identification to verify the age of customers before serving alcohol.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and menu items.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

*Education and Experience* High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a bartending or serving role is preferred. Certification in responsible beverage service is a plus. *Required Skills and Qualifications*

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
