We show up for each other, and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.Champion change – We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.Enjoy the journey – We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.In this role you will get to:Ensure the bathrooms are clean: empty trash bins, disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies.Wipe down break room tables, chairs, countertops, and appliances. In the office areas, wipe down all flat surfaces (desks and tables) and high-touch point locations (doors, handles, light switches)Sweep, mop, and vacuum main areasEmpty garbage and recycling bins in the office, break room, and bathrooms.Restock napkins, utensils, coffee machines, coffee supplies, and other food supplies as needed.Maintain hallways, entryways, computer areas, and locker rooms by keeping them clean and disinfected.Ensure all common areas are tidy.Spot-clean any reported spills or messes.Restock supplies for the next shift.Other duties as assigned.Office Areas:Dust and wipe desks, furniture, fixtures, and office equipmentClean conference rooms, reception areas, and shared workspacesClean windows, glass doors, and partitionsDisinfect high-touch point locations such as doorknobs, light switches, and appliancesManufacturing Areas:Sweep and scrub production floors, aisles, and walkwaysMaintain cleanliness of emergency exits and safe walkwaysUse appropriate methods for cleaning oils and other residueJob Requirements:Basic Qualifications:1 year of experience cleaning and/or working in a manufacturing environment.Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a mustAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basisMust be able to read, write, and comprehend plant directives written in English.Additional Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching requiredAble to pass a pre-employment physical and drug testBenefits:401 (k) with company matchMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceDisability InsurancePTOSick TimeEmployee Appreciation TimePaid HolidaysTrystar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
