Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for leveling and repairing injection molding machines. You will be required to assist in moving machinery from one facility to the next. Your experience or willingness to learn will ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service in diverse environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills to solve complex equipment issues efficiently and effectively. The position will require traveling to other cities and states.

Responsibilities

• Install and service injection molding machines at customer locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
• Repair or replace seals for hydraulic components and seals for high pressure tonage pistons.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed service reports, work logs, and documentation of all repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to share technical knowledge and improve service processes.
• Reliable transportation is required by you. Our company will provide a gas card for work travel.

Skills

• Knowledge of or the willingness to learn injection molding machines.
• Hands-on experience working with injection molding machines is a plus.
