We’re searching for an experienced, motivated, highly organized Assistant Property Manager to support one of our multifamily communities in Little Rock, Arkansas. If you’re a strong communicator, with excellent customer service skills and a solid understanding of leasing, renewals, collections, and resident relations—and you know ResMan like the back of your hand—we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Support the Property Manager with all day-to-day operations Assist with rent collection, posting payments, and managing delinquencies Process renewals, lease files, notices, and compliance documentation Lead leasing efforts when needed, including tours and application processing Respond to resident inquiries and help resolve issues professionally Maintain organized resident records, reports, and communication logs Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and deposit accounting Provide support to the maintenance team and help prioritize work orders Ensure adherence to company policies and Fair Housing regulations What You’’ll Bring ResMan software experience is required 1+ year experience in property management, leasing, or assistant management Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Understanding of Fair Housing laws and standard multifamily practices Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional, dependable, and motivated to grow Why Join NPM Residential?
