Goebel is seeking a skilled and motivated Wood Finisher to join our growing team. As a Wood Finisher at Goebel, you'll work in a dynamic setting that offers new challenges every day and the opportunity to grow within an organization committed to your success.

Prepare and finish wood and metal products using various techniques Work with a variety of finishes to achieve high quality results Perform touch up and repairs Help maintain and perform maintenance on finishing equipment Assist with formulating stains, dyes and pigments Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by management.

Handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and urgency Experience in a wood or metal finishing environment Experience with sanding and painting using lacquer, urethane, waterborne, and polyester finishes Experience painting with a variety of spray equipment Attention to detail Basic knowledge of measuring and calculating Knowledge of fixture assembly and construction Ability to read construction and assembly drawings Understand and meet Client quality expectations Work in accordance with all Company and regulatory safety requirements Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

This role is physically demanding and requires regular movement in a production setting:

Posture & Movements

• Occasional (110%): Sitting, crouching, climbing (stairs/ladders/forklift), balancing
• Infrequent to Moderate (1133%): Bending/stooping, twisting, reaching overhead
• Frequent (3466%): Walking, pushing/pulling, reaching forward and low-level
• Constant (67100%): Standing

Lifting & Carrying

• Rare (15%): 75100 lbs.+ (team or assisted lifts only)
• Occasional (633%): 2574 lbs.
• Frequent (3466%): Up to 24 lbs.
