Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

•Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

•Aptitude for tools, equipment, and facilities care

•General experience with tools and equipment is a plus

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

•Filtering oil fryers daily

•Maintaining grounds and the building exterior - sweeping, powerwashing, changing trash, interior and exterior windows, cleaning signage and fixtures

•Execute daily equipment cleaning as well as weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment

•Tracks and reports on task completion

•Clean HVAC/Exhaust units weekly and/or monthly, maintain roof cleanliness
